Tom Pidcock will lead Pinarello-Q36.5 at the 2026 Tour de France, the team announced.
What's the plan?
The team's approach is to race proactively and look for opportunities every day.
Team Principal Douglas Ryder said the team combines experience, versatility, and the right mindset.
Who's on the team?
The lineup includes Grand Tour veterans like Chris Harper and Fred Wright, who recently won the British National Road Race.
Tom Pidcock, 22, has experience, having won a signature Tour victory on the Alpe d'Huez climb four years ago.
What's the goal?
The team aims to make the most of the three weeks of racing, starting Saturday in Barcelona.
Pidcock returns to the Tour after a two-year absence, having become a Vuelta a España GC medalist last year.
The team adjusted his calendar after he missed part of an altitude training camp due to a viral infection.
He won the one-day Andorra MoraBanc Classica in his only June competition.
Six of the other seven riders have competed in the Tour de France before, with Xabier Mikel Azparren being the only debutant.
Australians Harper and Damien Howson have the most Grand Tour experience, with eight and 12 appearances, respectively.
The rest of the roster includes Quinten Hermans, Xandro Meurisse, Bernt Van Moer, and Wright.
All eight riders will wear the new light gray and blue racing kit at the Team Presentation Thursday evening in Barcelona.
The 2026 Tour de France starts Saturday, and Tom Pidcock is ready to lead his team to a strong performance.
